Conveniently located between 82nd and 83rd on the Upper East Side, Y7 Studio features a large studio room with infrared heaters reaching as high as 80-90 degrees. The studio also features a state-of-the-art sound system that makes every class immersive. The studio also serves as the home for digital class production. New York Yoga

Believe it or not, New York Yoga was the first yoga studio to open on the Upper East Side when it was founded in 2001. Offering multiple classes that feature vinyasa style, New York Yoga’s philosophy is to offer as many variations and levels as they can in order to satisfy all practices. Founded in 1999 as New York’s Original Hot Yoga, the 26+2 Bikram Yoga series is the foundation for yoga at bodē nyc, which are complemented by other classes like Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Guided Nidra Meditations, and High Intensity Interval Training Yoga.  Classes range from 60 to 75 minutes.
