Crave Fishbar

Depending on how early your friends want to get started, your best bet is to begin at Crave Fishbar, located at Second Ave. and  E. 50th Street, Midtown East for their #Oystegram Happy Hour.  

Every Wednesday through Sunday, 4-6 p.m. Crave Fishbar offers a daily selection of $1.5-$2 oysters. Small bites from the kitchen include favorites like Nashville Style Fish Tacos, Calamari, and Sea Bass Crudo. Sea Fire Grill

Next, visit Midtown East’s Sea Fire Grill, located at 3rd and E 48th Street, for another happy hour. This time oysters are half off and so is champagne. Sea Fire offers a daily selection of east and west coast oysters served with pink peppercorn mignonette and cocktail sauce.

The Shadmoor

Once you’ve tried Crave and had happy hour at Sea Fire Grill, there’s one more spot your Oriana Happy Hour Oyster Bar Crawl crew should check out before heading home and that’s The Shadmoor at Second and E 56th Street. The great thing about The Shadmoor is that they don’t host just one happy hour per day but two. 

Monday through Friday, The Shadmoor’s Endless Summer Happy Hour runs 3-6 p.m. and then again from 9-10 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, visit 4-6 p.m. or 9-10 p.m. for a selection of $9 wine, $6 season beer, $9 cocktails and all kinds of appetizers, including oysters at $1.50, Calamari, and ‘Tuna on Crack’ —tuna sushi, cucumbers, sesame seeds, tortilla chips, and chipotle aioli.
